  • Health & Performance Data: If you connect third-party services (e.g. Apple Health, Oura Ring, Garmin, WHOOP), we may receive data such as heart rate variability (HRV), sleep, steps, and activity levels. This data is used to deliver cycle-smart insights and coaching.
  • Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics (pages visited, app actions, device type) to improve performance and product design.
  • Audio & Voice Data: Voice interactions processed through ElevenLabs or Whisper are used in real time to generate responses. We do not store raw voice recordings unless explicitly permitted for research or personalization.

  • To improve our models and user experience through anonymized analytics.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for secure database management and comply with industry-standard authentication practices. Sensitive health data is handled according to best practices under HIPAA-aligned frameworks, though ZestyCoach is not a medical provider.

Integrations such as Apple Health, Oura, Garmin, and WHOOP are optional and require user authorization. We only access data you explicitly share. Each third-party integration follows its own privacy policy.
